Zapier automation integrations
Invoicing system setup
Ongoing subscriptions and maintenance
Official registration details will be added once registered.
2. Use of Our Website
By using our website, you agree that you will:
Use it for lawful purposes only
Not attempt to damage, hack, or misuse any part of the site
Not copy or reuse content without permission
We may update or remove parts of the website at any time without notice.
3. Services
ORBAI provides:
One-off setup services
Monthly subscription services
Automation system builds
Ongoing platform management
The exact scope of work, pricing, and delivery timelines are agreed within your signed contract or invoice.
4. Payments
Some services require 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, unless stated otherwise.
Monthly services are billed in advance.
All prices are in GBP unless stated.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Stripe and other third-party platforms are used for payment processing.
5. Subscriptions & Cancellations
Monthly services operate on a 30-day rolling notice period unless otherwise agreed.
You must give written notice to cancel.
Usage-based services (such as chatbot credits and Zapier tasks) will be billed according to your agreed plan.
Overages will be charged monthly if usage exceeds your plan.
6. Refund Policy
Once work has started, set-up fees are non-refundable.
Monthly services are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
If ORBAI fails to deliver the agreed service entirely, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
7. AI & Automation Disclaimer
You understand that:
AI and automation tools are not perfect and may occasionally fail.
ORBAI is not responsible for:
Business losses
Missed leads
Incorrect data output
Failed automations caused by third-party platforms
You remain responsible for reviewing how AI and automations are used in your business.
8. Third-Party Platforms
We are not responsible for outages, changes, price increases, or errors caused by:
Chatbot platforms
Zapier
Stripe
Bookipi
Any other third-party software
You agree that these services operate independently of ORBAI.
9. Intellectual Property
All systems, automations, and setups remain the property of ORBAI until full payment is made.
Once paid in full, you receive full usage rights for your business.
You may not resell or redistribute our work without permission.
10. Data Protection & GDPR
We comply with UK GDPR laws.
We only collect data that is required to provide our services.
Chatbots may process customer data based on how you use them.
You are responsible for:
Ensuring your users know they are interacting with AI
Having your own Privacy Policy on your website
We will never sell your data.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORBAI shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits
Loss of business
Loss of data
Indirect or consequential damages
Our liability is strictly limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 3 months.
12. Availability of Services
We aim to keep all services running smoothly, but:
We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime
Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may cause temporary issues
13. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:
Abuse is directed at our team
Payments are repeatedly missed
Services are used for illegal purposes
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services confirms your acceptance of any changes.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled under UK jurisdiction.
